Sergiu C. technician was very friendly and definitely was an expert on the Trane central air furnace and AC unit. All Star Heating and Air company also rearranged his full schedule so that he could spend more time taking care of cleaning my AC coils. I would definitely use All Star and his Sergiu again!

Serghei S handled our heat pump issues extremely well. Very knowledgeable about the system and fixed our problem efficiently and did a great job. Also very personable and friendly, so it was a pleasure dealing with him.

All Star recently upgraded our heating system, and we are very pleased with the entire experience. We had 4 companies out to bid on the project, and we felt most comfortable with Matthew’s knowledge and expertise. He was very patient and offered guidance as we navigated our options. I liked that he didn’t make the choice for us but rather educated us on what is available for our particular home needs, giving us the pros and cons of various choices. When it was time for installation, we found the installers to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Two times saved thus far with my furnace! Thank you so much All Star for helping me recover my furnace to functionality after flooding in my crawl space. Special thanks to Michael this time for giving me some suggestions to try on my own in the chance it would help, and sure enough this time I was able to make the correction myself to the pressure switch and learned much in the process. I received exceptional service from Serghei from All Star Heating & Air. I had a problem with a tankless water heater which is only 4+ years old. It was a Friday night so I had an emergency plumbing service come out. They looked at it for $400, said it could not be repaired and gave me a $5500 estimate to replace it. I then had Serghei from All Star Heating & Air look at it. He found the obvious problem, which the other plumber must never have even looked at, and fixed it within the hour. He explained everything to me. He also did the maintenance on my furnace and found something that should have been turned on. I am a customer for life.

They were able to come out the day I called and promptly fixed my air conditioner. I am very grateful because it’s going to get hot in a few days! Reasonable price and very courteous, I highly recommend this company.

Serghei S is incredibly knowledgeable about furnaces. He came over for routine maintenance and managed to figure out that an upstairs fan, which has not worked since we moved in, was wired incorrectly in the furnace switch box. He explained every step he took, kept asking if I understood or had any questions, and demonstrated great competence in fixing the wiring and maintaining the furnace.
