Serghei provided fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable in locating and being able to explain the cause of the problem. He gave various options to think through. Very patient with answering questions – and I had a lot. He also interacted very well w all members of the family – and we had a house full that evening. Would absolutely hire All Star again if I get Serghei back at our house. Great to have the furnace and tankless back up and running – especially with the full house we are running with… My wife, Mom, and Daughters were all very happy to have heat and hot water within a short time of me making the call for help:) Thanks, Serghei 🙂 Great work !!!!

I had nothing but excellent service from both the office as well as the technician, Michael B that came out to service my unit. He was extremely informative and very thorough in checking my AC for leaks. There were none. However, I needed the freon pipe moved out of the way to put a stacker washer/dryer unit beside the air conditioner unit. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend this company for its honesty and wonderful service. No pressure on selling me parts.

Joe M came out to help with a furnace that kept turning itself off and wouldn’t restart. In a jiffy, he had the problem identified and fixed with a couple of inexpensive parts off his truck. He was fast, efficient and affordable – and personable too! If only all service technicians could be as good as Joe and the All Star Team!
