I called All Star and she took all the information and said that Ron will call right back. Within 5 minutes he called. He can and check out our unit and gave us a quote. We thought it was high so we told him we would let him know. He was very polite and said no problem and it was no charge for him to come out. We check out other companies and All Star definitely had the lowest price. We called Ron back he came out the same day and fix the unit. Did a great job and even gave us a lower price than he quoted us. Senior discount he said. Thank you All Star and great job.

Our A/C went out on Saturday. We called late in the afternoon, and they came out the same day. Unfortunately, our unit was shot, but they had a new unit in by Monday afternoon. Ostyn and Ron were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They realized they could save us a significant amount of money by reusing coils they originally thought they would have to replace. Our cost was much less than the original quote. Great service. Great price. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with All Star and would recommend this company for any heating/air need. Ron, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful when my a/c unit failed, just before an important event at my home. He arrived within 30 minutes of calling, recognized and corrected the issue and was done within 20 minutes. I was able to keep my scheduled event at my home and never skipped a beat! All Star, I greatly appreciate the impeccable service you provided!

All Star Heating & Air came yesterday and gave me an estimate to replace my 21-year-old split-system heat pump. They are very professional and even saved me money by testing my line set, finding it was not leaking. They came the very next day and removed the old and installed the new, at the same price as quoted. The owner was here during the installation. I’m very happy and I highly recommend All Star if you need a new system or need to repair an existing unit of almost any brand. They do excellent work.

This company is outstanding. Called at 4:45 pm with an emergency AC repair. Got a return call by 5 pm and by 6 pm the unit was repaired and running great again. Austin was polite, knowledgeable and fair about what needed to be done. Would highly recommend them to anyone in Summerville needing HVAC work done.

My A/C breaks down on the hottest day of the year. I call at least 20 HVAC including the one that installed it. Knowing how overwhelmed they all were I was not excepting any callbacks. Two called back to tell me we were out of the area they service, and ALL STAR told me they were a week out would I like to make an appointment. Which I did and they actually got me in sooner. The tech JJ was great. They didn’t just get an appointment they got a new customer.

Aman & Jesse were friendly and professional in cleaning our ducts and vents. They complied with covid practices. They told us what they were going to do, asked for our input and advised us on their findings and what we do after the cleaning. I highly recommend their work. Our house already feels cleaner from the work that they did.

We had All Star install a new Trane heat pump, propane furnace, high-end air filter, and a new highly efficient propane water heater about four years ago. When they installed the equipment, the price was fair. The crew was very professional. They handled every detail and made the experience quite seamless. We also signed up for a maintenance plan. Every year, All Star has paid us a visit and kept everything in good order and running as expected. Then, about four weeks ago, the heat pump stopped working due to a rodent eating through most of the wires around the control board. All Star quickly diagnosed the problem which required them to order parts to fix. It took a couple of weeks for the parts to come in (not All Star’s fault, but due to Trane and likely the impact of Covid-19). The afternoon the parts came in, we got a call from All Star letting us know a senior technician would be out to fix our heat pump the next day.
